my broccoli(which were mistakenly sold as cabbage)are growing well but they have yellow flowers like rape seed flowers. they also have very small purplish broccoli-type flowers. is this normal?

Durham early? i bought a nine pack of cabbage in feb and planted them out. they are growing well, i think, but they dont look like cabbage. there doesn't seeem to be any heart forming. to my eye they look more like brocoli. some of them have yellow flowers on them-could they be bolting

I bought these bulbs last minute long after they should have been planted..not sure if they are golden ducat- I think golden ducat is all the same colour.

I enclose photo of acer griseum which is non thriving but is in leaf. its about 3years old. i have 2 others and they are doing well. I planted a cotoneaster beside it in autumn as i was going to dispose of the acer but forgot to.

i have a witch hazel,Arnolds promise and it started off with about 5 fine branches which were full of leaves about 3 years ago. i'm now down to 2 main branches which have flowers but it doesnt strike me as being the healthiest. it is on good soil but the site is fairly exposed, though other shrubs and trees are doing very well.i was going to replace it last year.would i be as well off digging it up or giving it another year to improve
