Newly laid grass on a south facing lawn in April this year, on a well churned topsoil using a rotovator. Last month or so have had a lot patches of grass turning yellow in the middle of the lawn, no dogs or cats in the household, also a lot of thinning grass too, what might be the cause of this and what might I do to rectify this?
