I had some hedges planted & they look very bad. He planted 2 sizes in the front. The smaller plants are alright. As you can see the others do not look good. Also the ones in the back look very bad. What do you think?

I have read many things and still not sure on this one. I want to move an azalea plant from a planter. I have read to do it after it flowers and then some say do it now - early Spring. What do you suggest? Thanks!

I have noticed tiny white bugs on my Lupins and wonder how to get riid of them? Also what is it from? It doesn't seem to go to the other plants but on the Lupins in different areas in the garden. Thanks!
