My two new golden weeping willows are showing all the signs of willow canker. The leaves went black canker on the stems die back. Is it worth trying to spray them with fungicide or am I wasting my time?
I always had a little horsetail but last year my property was full of it. It was not affected by the weed Killers I applied on the drive nor did Round up kill it in the beds. My area is too big to tackle it by hand. I want to be prepared this year to zap it immediately but with what? Please advise
I would like to grow hazelnuts in my garden but most suppliers offer cobnuts or filberts. Which would be the nicer nut and most reliable crop? How are they best grown? Also I see almond trees on offer but I'm not sure whether they're successfull in Ireland.
