My 4 year old grisilinia hedge was badly damaged last winter but has new growth at the very bottom of each plant now, it’s about 6 feet tall so how much of the old growth do I remove as the new growth so far is on the bottom 6 inches and from there up looks dead, totally brown and dry, all leaves shed.
