Hi Gerry,Please could you suggest some suitable hedge types for a front garden in a suburban estate that won’t mind being kept fairly low (1m max). It’s a difficult site – north-facing, very exposed and windy, about 1km from the sea with a heavy clay soil that is a bit prone to waterlogging in places. I’m thinking of griselinia, hornbeam or escallonia.Thank a million!
