wet garden – poor drainage

I live in Duncormick , Co Wexford . My garden is very wet , with very poor drainage & exposed to the sea wind _( apx 1 mile from the sea) . I am only learning slowly about gardening , Can you please recommend some trees if any that would be suitable for planting in ths environment . Would love fruit trees or the like .
